How we work · Training

Trained for the brand, not just the job.

Every agent who represents a client has been through a structured programme that starts before the first call and never stops — four stages, one training team, and a clear path from classroom to full production in eight to twelve weeks.

Omni The loop

Training, quality and production work as one loop. What the quality team finds on the floor feeds back into training design — and what training delivers is measured again in production.

The programme
same stages, adapted to each brand

Four stages. The last one never ends.

01 · Training design

Built before the project starts.

The training team engineers the programme for each client: modules specific to the products, processes and tone of voice, the knowledge base agents will use in production, and interactive content so learning is not limited to slides and manuals.

02 · Initial training

Everyone starts here.

The first week on a project — for agents, supervisors and managers alike: customer experience fundamentals, brand immersion so the agent speaks as the brand would, product and process training, and certification before going live. Managers add coaching and position-specific training.

03 · On the job

Live, but never alone.

New agents work real interactions under a reinforced supervision ratio — targeted coaching on individual weak points, more frequent assessment than in steady state, and reinforced quality controls — so early mistakes are corrected rather than repeated.

04 · Continuous

Training does not end at full production.

Monthly tests, briefs and workshops keep knowledge current; competencies are updated whenever products, tools or quality findings point to a gap. Supervisors and managers develop coaching, service culture and commercial awareness in parallel.

These core programmes are supplemented by client-specific modules built around the brand. For a financial services client, that has included anti-money-laundering training, product specifications for payment and transfer services, in-depth app training and the customer-facing rules set by the sector regulator.

From first day to full production
fixed stages · duration by results

Ramp-up is where outsourcing usually goes wrong. Not here.

Too fast, and customers meet agents who are not ready. Too slow, and the client pays for weeks of under-delivery. Our induction is fixed in structure and flexible in duration: the stages never change, but the learning curve ends when results say it should — a team that performs moves up sooner, a team that needs more support gets it.

8–12 weeks

From the first day of training to normal production.

Induction also equips every agent to work from home, so the operation can move the moment it needs to — as it did when offices closed across the region →

Why it works

Certified before live. Coached while it matters.

Certified before live

No agent takes a customer interaction until they have passed certification on the client's products and processes.

Closest supervision first

Supervision is heaviest in the first weeks, when habits form — and relaxes only as results justify it.

Training that listens to quality

Monthly quality findings decide what is retrained. The programme adapts to what is actually happening on the floor.
