How we work · Governance

A shared governance model, from the first week to the annual review.

Our engagements run on a fixed rhythm of joint reviews — weekly for operations, monthly for quality and steering, quarterly for the business. This is the framework, and it scales with the engagement: larger operations run the full model, smaller ones keep a lighter rhythm — but both teams always know when decisions are made and who makes them.

Omni The principle

Same numbers. Same table. Same understanding of what good looks like.Four standing committees cover the full span of an engagement — each with a defined purpose, a defined audience and a written record of decisions.

The rhythm
set at kick-off · kept for the contract

Four committees. One routine.

Weekly · Operations committee

The working meeting.

Omni operations manager and team leaders, with the client's operations lead. It keeps the project on track week by week and catches problems while they are still small: results against objectives, deviations, incidents and open action plans.

Output: daily activity report · weekly review of indicators

Monthly · Quality committee

How interactions are handled — not just how many.

The quality and training leads of both organisations. Monthly agent quality per channel, and calibration sessions so scoring stays consistent between Omni and client supervisors.

Output: monthly quality report · calibration record

Monthly · Steering committee

Where performance becomes direction.

Omni account director and operations manager, with the client's project owner. The month as a whole — results by activity, trends, difficulties, forecast volumes — and objectives and priority actions for the next one.

Output: monthly report with trend analysis · record of decisions

Quarterly · Business review

The commercial and strategic checkpoint.

Executive sponsors on both sides, with procurement or the contract owner. Service levels against commitments, validation of service evolutions and pricing changes, and how the engagement should evolve.

Output: quarterly review pack · record of decisions

Once a year

The innovation session. Both teams together: what has changed in the market, what we have learned across our client base, and which practices or technologies are worth introducing to the engagement.

Why it works

No separate versions of the truth.

One set of numbers

Every committee works from the same reporting, produced by Omni and shared with the client.

Decisions on record

Each meeting closes with a written record. Action plans are tracked from one meeting to the next until they are closed.

The right people, the right level

Operational issues are resolved by operational teams. Commercial questions go to the people who can decide them. Nothing waits for a meeting it does not need.
