Our own models
Omniat runs on models we deploy, tune and operate on our own hardware in Oman. No usage meter owned by somebody else, no deprecation notice that rewrites our roadmap, no third party reading the traffic.
Omniat exists because of a decision: the voice of a business should belong to that business. So we built our own Ai agents — designed, crafted and hosted in the Sultanate of Oman — instead of reselling someone else's, and we built them so that our clients can own theirs.
The principle
Nobody can take it away. Not the model, not the voice, not the platform. An assistant your customers rely on should not run on somebody else's permission.
The Ai market moves fast, and not always in its customers' favour. Voices have been retired overnight. Models have been withdrawn, repriced, or replaced by successors that sound and behave differently. Terms have changed mid-contract; services have closed regions, or closed entirely. None of this is scandalous — it is how a young industry consolidates. But when your customer service runs on rented intelligence, every one of those events happens to you, on someone else's schedule. We watched it happen, more than once, and drew the obvious conclusion: the parts that matter must be ours.
Omniat runs on models we deploy, tune and operate on our own hardware in Oman. No usage meter owned by somebody else, no deprecation notice that rewrites our roadmap, no third party reading the traffic.
Every Omniat voice is built from a real speaker, recorded, trained and chosen by us — the full process is public → A voice built this way cannot be retired by a vendor, because there is no vendor.
The nine-actor chain that runs every call is our design, documented openly — inside the assistant → When something needs to change, we change it. No feature requests into a queue.
Omniat is built and supervised by the same team that runs live contact-center operations — improvements come from real calls heard by real operators, not from a product backlog.
This is not a slogan; it is the operating model. The models run on hardware inside the country. The voices are recorded here, for the dialects spoken here. The engineers and the operators share a floor. And the data your customers entrust to their calls never has a reason to leave.
Locally hosted, in an extremely secure, PCI-DSS certified environment — with the option of deployment on your own premises.
Not a translation layer on an English product: Gulf Arabic is a founding language of the system, alongside English and Hindi.
The people who built it are here — reachable, responsible, and regulated in the same jurisdiction as the clients they serve.
Because we own every layer, we can pass ownership on — something a reseller of somebody else's Ai can never honestly offer.
Your Omniat agent can be contracted as yours — running in our Oman cloud or on your own premises, under your control either way.
A voice built for your brand can belong to your brand — exclusive to you, never lent to a competitor, never retired out from under you.
The library your agent answers from is written, edited and owned by your team — changing what it says is an editing job, not a vendor ticket.
The result is continuity you can plan on: a voice your customers hear this year and still hear in five, prices set by an agreement rather than an announcement, and an assistant that cannot be discontinued — because the only people who could discontinue it are you and us.
